Minimum qualifications:
- 10+ years in an executive role in customer service, sales or related field
- 10+ years managing staff or teams
- Must inspire others
- Bachelor's degree in any stream & post-graduation preferred
- Excellent communication & leadership qualities

About the Job
Would be responsible for managing all functions of customer service. The vice president would be responsible to develops the customer relationship to the highest levels of satisfaction.
