Minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ years in an executive role in customer service, sales or related field
  • 10+ years managing staff or teams
  • Must inspire others
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream & post-graduation preferred
  • Excellent communication & leadership qualities

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to develop high-performing teams from the ground up

About the Job

Would be responsible for managing all functions of customer service. The vice president would be responsible to develops the customer relationship to the highest levels of satisfaction.


Responsibilities

    Responsible to manage company’s Client Management process.

    Direct and lead CRM and various main database management systems.

    Develop and manage entire information

    Develop an effective environment to better leverage entire relations in organisation.

    Lead and direct customer service teams to achieving business & team goals
